Charles Lynch
Founder and Owner
Based in Chicago, Charles began his content development planning, conceptualizing, writing, and maintaining instruction content for a biotech company’s call center with over 80 employees and oversaw the organization’s launch of PANVIVA, a cloud-based knowledge management system. In this role, he learned how PANVIVA enables businesses to alter content based on evolving business processes and user feedback, and developed a passion for how information is structured, presented, and distributed.
